Meet Michelle Brienza, one of our firm’s Associate Attorneys who handles
Probate and Estate Planning Matters. Michelle is a dedicated attorney
committed to helping clients secure their future. A proud graduate of St.
Thomas University, Michelle actively contributed to the Moot Court Board
during law school and earned an Elder Law Certificate, further enhancing
her expertise in elder law.

Since becoming a member of the Florida Bar, Michelle is an active member of
both the Elder Law Section and the Real Property, Probate, and Trusts
Section of the Florida Bar. This involvement keeps Michelle up-to-date with
the latest legal developments, providing her clients with the most informed
