Madeleine Mannello, Esq.

Madeleine Mannello serves as the Consulting Attorney to Jakob Legal, bringing a compassionate approach and wealth of practical experience to the firm. As both the child of a blended family and now building a blended family herself, Madeleine understands firsthand the importance of thoughtful planning to protect loved ones and provide peace of mind during life's transitions.

Madeleine's legal background spans a wide range of roles in both the public and private sectors. Her career includes service as both an Assistant State Attorney in Broward County and an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Florida, where she practiced in both state and federal courts. She later expanded into private practice, handling multi‑million‑dollar tort claims with an AmLaw 200 firm, and later representing individuals and families in estate planning, guardianship, family law, and personal injury matters at a boutique law firm.

An active leader in the legal community, Madeleine is a Past President of the Broward County Women Lawyers' Association and has held several roles within The Florida Bar, including, including service on the Judicial Nominating Procedures Committee and as Chair of the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit's Florida Bar Grievance Committee. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Broward County Bar Association as Secretary.

Madeleine's work has been recognized with multiple honors, including being named a Leader in the Law by the Florida Association of Women Lawyers and one of Broward County's Top 40 Under 40 attorneys. She has also been celebrated as a "Legal All Star" for her pro bono service supporting vulnerable members of the community.

Madeleine holds an AV Preeminent® Rating from Martindale‑Hubbell and earned her J.D. magna cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law in 2010.

Outside of work, you can find Madeleine on the sidelines of a soccer field or baseball diamond where she enjoys cheering on her stepdaughter's soccer team and supporting her nephew's Little League.
